• Rental price is based on a 5 hour booking (Excluding wedding receptions)
• $25.00 charge for each additional hour

$75.00 set-up fee applies when food catering service does not exceed $150

   
  The following items and services are included in your rental & meal cost:
  • Meal Preparation
• Food
• Cake Cutters
• Servers for Wedding Table & Buffet Line
• Décor – (Chandeliers, Decorative Lighting, Centerpieces)
• Set up – Table and chair set up for entire hall
• Skirting of cake, gift, & all special tables
• Wedding & Family tables will be furnished with China, Glassware, & Silverware
• Linen Tablecloths throughout entire hall
• Seasonal Centerpieces – 3 to choose from
• Clean Up – Busing tables throughout the event
• Any overall cleaning at the end of the event
• Garbage Removal
• Gold Easels (for special signs, posters, pictures, etc.)
• Decorative Card Box
• Podium
• Sound System – 42 speakers, Microphones, Dinner Music
 

• Labor charges are included with the meal. There will be an extra charge of of $10 per server per hour for a delay in meal serving time.

• All food and beverages must be supplied by Romer's Catering.
• We will have chandeliers and decorative lighting in the ceiling. No other ceiling or wall decorations will be allowed.
• We have decorative centerpieces for each table but you are free to bring in your own.
• This is a non-smoking facility.
• Sales tax is not included in listed prices.
